Careers Advice and Guidance
The Rodillian Academy is committed to ensuring that students receive first class guidance, support and opportunities that will help their future decision making in all aspects of further education, training, employment and higher education. All year 11, and 13 students will receive a compulsory careers interview with Chris Jones, the CIAG advisor who is able to give fully independent, impartial advice at this crucial stage of schooling. In addition to this, a dedicated team of Year 11 staff mentors are available to students to help and assist with their daily school life and give guidance on those very important decisions for the future.
