Strength and Conditioning Club
On four mornings a week, students from across all year groups attend the strength and conditioning club. The session is followed by breakfast club with food provided by Fareshare and Tesco’s.
The Strength and Conditioning sessions are devised and run by experienced sports coaching staff and the sessions look to ensure our student athletes enter the competitive sports environment in the best possible shape to perform as well as reducing the risk of injury or improving recover rates.
The effort and commitment the students display is superb, and the manner in which the encourage and support one another is also unbelievable.
Well done to the students, to the parents for getting them up and bringing them in and to the staff for leading such a superb initiative.
