UKMT Junior Maths Challenge

Pupils at The Rodillian Academy achieved 10 golds, 20 silvers and 27 bronzes in this year’s UKMT Junior Maths Challenge. Over 250,000 pupils from across the UK sat the Junior Maths Challenge with roughly the top 6% receiving a gold cerificate, the next 13% silver and the next 21% bronze.

Approximately 6000 of the top students are invited to sit a follow-on competition, the Junior Mathematical Olympiad or Junior Kangaroo.

Billy Jones, Eva Cooper, Amy Tempest-Mitchell & James Doody scored highly enough to be invited to sit the Junior Kangaroo. They scored impressive 93. 99, 98 & 93 respectively (out of a maximum 135).

Well done to them!
