Rodillian Academy Fundraising
As part of Rodillian Academy’s Applied Resilience, the charity fundraising group recently organised a charity bag pack at Asda in Morley and raised £276 for Wheatfields Hospice. The pupils chose this charity because of the outstanding work that they carry out with their patients which is mainly funded by donations. Katie from the Sue Ryder foundation came to Rodillian to collect the cheque and to inform the pupils how the money would help the charity. The group are keen to continue their fundraising and will be taking part in a sponsored walk, another bag packing session and a car wash in the near future.
