Department Information

Year 9:

Crewing

Year 9 Crewing is designed to provide opportunities for students to develop skills in production. They will use the lighting and sound equipment in school and develop their confidence when working in a team.

Students will gain confidence when operating the technical equipment and will have opportunities to be the backstage crew for live performances.

Year 10 or 11 BTEC Performing Arts (One Year Course):

Students will study two Core units in this course, Individual Showcase and Preparation and Performance and Production. They will also study a skills unit, Production Skills for Performance.
